WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We want to make sure that you’ll receive your items as quickly as possible. Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct scent and crystal when you place your orders. 

Upon payment, orders are then processed within 1-3 working days and will be  shipped out the following work day.

 

 

WHO ARE YOUR COURIER PARTNERS?

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered through a local courier via Ninjavan, Qxpress, or JT Express. You will be notified before an attempt for delivery. In case no one is available to receive it, the delivery company may reach out to you to rearrange for another delivery.

 

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Yes you are! All orders above $60 comes with FREE shipping.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR ORDERS BELOW $60?

Our shipping rates are at $3.90 flat for all orders below $60.

I NEED A NEXT DAY DELIVERY, CAN IT BE DONE?

If an urgent next day delivery is required, we will prioritize your order and ship out on the next work day. The delivery charges will be at $15. Please leave a note for us in your shopping cart "Add a note" section so that we can expedite your order for you. Please take note that extra charges will be applicable for festive peak periods.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Our shipping partners normally take 1-3 days to deliver the items. Please note that this will depend on your location and may also be affected by holidays and peak season.

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You will be informed via email once your parcel has been shipped out and will be provided with the tracking details of the parcel. You may check the shipment status via the courier's tracking website.

 

HELP! THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT!

If there’s an issue with your package, you’re welcome to reach out to our Support Team by sending an email at contactus@lovlyscandle.com. Alternatively, a faster way will be to reach out to the courier directly and check with them on the status of the parcel.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

For missing items, please contact us immediately at contactus@lovlyscandle.com so we can investigate.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised once the order has been processed or shipped. To prevent delivery issues, please ensure you are using your residential address or a valid address.
